you aren't going to get any v2 sdk updates in 3.3 releases; v2 is only for 3.4+
and traumatic: there is no way it will ever be backported into an official
3.3.x release.
HADOOP-19046. set update AWS V2 SDK to 2.23. If you need to update it there is
a whole section on qualifying a test run, including manual commands and
examining test log output for new warning messages. We really need this -but as
2.23 is from earlier this month, I'd be surprised if you needed to upgrade
right now.
