Attached patch adds it to the array mentioned above. Also:
- properly adds it to 
DFSConfigKeys.java
- sets a new default (previously was 443 which an unprivileged process can't 
bind anyway)
- changes the config key to match the naming convention of other 2NN configs
- deprecates the old config pointing to the new one
