Here we have 3 translator classes currently.
NameNodeProtocolTranslatorPB, ClientNamenodeProtocolTranslatorPB and
DatanodeProtocolClientSideTranslatorPB.
This will be mostly refactoring work from DFSUtil and this translators. I will
address all of them under this JIRA.
