- remove "on file creation" from DatanodeUtil.DISK_ERROR;
- remove throw IOException in some methods in DataStorage and BlockReceiver;
- change replica and replicaVisibleLength in BlockSender to local variables;
- remove ReplicaUnderRecovery.getOrignalReplicaState().
