There's a TODO in hadoop-hdfs/pom.xml that refers to getting the native tests
wired up.
hdfs_test is built as part of the compilation step. The trick is to get
HADOOP_HOME set up correctly for test-libhdfs.sh to run, and to fix
test-libhdfs.sh so it can run from a tree that hasn't yet had mvn package run
to establish an easy CLASSPATH.
