Regarding the comment from Hadoop QA:
-1 tests included. The patch doesn't appear to include any new or modified
tests.
Please justify why no new tests are needed for this patch.
Also please list what manual steps were performed to verify this patch.
Being a fix for a build break on a specific platform (PowerPC), a build was
attempted after above patch was included on IBM Power platform as well as on an
x86_64 platform. The build completed successfully in both environments. Please
let me know if any other tests need to be done.
