bq. when creating a sub-task in the main task, JIRA does not let us adding
description.
That only happens if you click the "+" on the parent JIRA. If you go to the
parent JIRA -> More Actions -> Create Sub-Task, you'll get a big form with all
the normal JIRA fields.
