+1 to the trunk/branch-2 patch. Thanks for all the testing ATM.   

DFS_NAMENODE_SECONDARY_HTTPS_PORT_KEY/DEFAULT are now dead code and the 
deprecation of dfs.secondary.https.port can now be removed, but this is 
trivial, can be handled in a separate jira.
