Hi Bobby. I think we need to do the following series: HADOOP-8280, HADOOP-8350,
HDFS-3357, then this one. Does that look good to you? The reason for
HADOOP-8280 is that the test for HADOOP-8350 depends on GenericTestUtils being
in common.
