Hi all,
According to the current patch proposed, there is no necessity of
NameNodeResourceMonitor for standby NN.
that means StandBy will never go to SafeMode because of resource
unavailability. In that case, we can start this NNRM as activeService instead
of commonService.
Am I missing something..?
