Hey Uma,
Tried the attached patch (yours rebased on trunk) and got the following when
running dfsadmin -report on a tarball install:

Exception while getting the version info:
Hadoop:service=NameNode,name=NameNodeInfo
{noformat}
Looks like it needs another rev. Also, mind fixing the indentation in another
change so it's easier to see what this ones changes?
