Do we still need this functionality today? If so, we can work on rebasing this
and putting it in. The JT parts done in the MAPREDUCE-679 are no longer present
after MR2 went in and replaced the UI with a complete rewrite.
If this isn't needed/in demand anymore, lets close out the JIRA.
