branch/trunk, lets reopen and re-resolve as 'Fixed'.
I marked this as "implemented" rather than "fixed" because it's a new feature,
not a bug that had to be fixed.
But I'd be happy to change the resolution if you think it makes more sense to
say "fixed." Is there an Apache wiki page or document with some guidelines
about which resolution to use in which scenario?
