Patch attached. I confirmed TestSeekBug no longer hangs (after using the
workaround from HDFS-3753) with this patch.
The same change applies to branch-1, verified {{ant clean test
-Dtestcase=TestSeekBug -Dcompile.native=true}} no longer hangs.
