Consider this message:
bq. org.apache.hadoop.ipc.RemoteException(java.io.IOException): File *somefile*
could only be replicated to 0 nodes instead of minReplication (=1). There are
1 datanode(s) running and no node(s) are excluded in this operation.
Obviously a node was excluded but not in the sense that the Datanode treats it.
Considering that this is a message that noobs will see a lot, making it clearer
will be a win.
