This patch looks good. In reviewing it, though, I noticed that there might be
an issue with federated namespace (not just for this new bit): these configs
can be suffixed with namespace IDs in a federated cluster. I don't think the
GetConf tool handles it. I'll file a separate JIRA for this.
+1 on this patch, though. Will commit momentarily.
