We have a release out there we aren't yet encouraging adoption upon, which has
all this in it already.
In any case, are we also intending to do the DistCp optimizations that can
benefit from this, i.e. MAPREDUCE-2117 and MAPREDUCE-2557, so that there's also
an internal use of this, out of the box? :)
