The patch HDFS-4098.compile.patch can pass the compiling, but is not correct
when specifying the types for FileLink.Util#getBlockReplication and
FileLink.Util#collectSubtreeBlocksAndClear in
INodeFileUnderConstructionWithLink and INodeFileWithLink.
