Currently, WebHdfsFileSystem only delegates to hadoop-auth AuthenticatedURL
when Kerberos authentication is enabled. This delegation should be done always
as hadoop-auth supports pseudo authentication. This means, the user.name
parameter would be set by hadoop-auth.
