splitting to multiple tests is the best fix, as people may want to run the
tests at a high log level to fix something. Otherwise it's the classic "come up
with a streamable X(HT)ML format for test runs, implement in Ant, Maven, and
Jenkins". I would prefer that long term fix, but would need support from the
surefire and jenkins teams
