Hi, Ivan. I had a patch in progress for this one. I accidentally filed
HDFS-4716, but I just resolved it as duplicate. I'm attaching my current
patch, which is a one-liner fix for just {{TestAllowFormat}} (not the other
ones that you mentioned in the comments).
