Thanks for the pointer, Nicholas. It doesn't look like the snapshot user guide
uses any of the features mentioned in that link as supported in XDOC but not in
APT.
I've filed and posted a patch to the JIRA HDFS-4747. The contents are identical
to what was included here, but converted to APT. Please have a look when you
get a chance.
