Hi folks,
I plan to split and upload the initial implementation to 4 JIRAs
(HADOOP-9509,HADOOP-9515,HDFS-4762,HDFS-4763). These changes are independent
with current Hadoop code base. But, if it's preferred to do the change in a
different branch, please let me know.
