Description:
This issue is to track the following Windows test failures:
# TestWebHdfsUrl#testSecureAuthParamsInUrl fails with timeout. The 4 second
timeout is too low.
# TestDFSUtil#testGetNNUris depends on the 127.0.0.1->localhost reverse lookup
which does not happen on Windows.
# TestLargeBlock#testLargeBlockSize fails with timeout. This test takes a
rather long time to complete on Windows. Part of the problem may be that we are
using small VMs for Windows testing.
