Thanks a lot for the good catch, Hari!
Upload the initial patch for review, in which I just followed your suggestions
to truncate the length to fileSize before calling createLocatedBlocks. Besides,
I just identify the last block that the fileSize hits as the last block in the
returned locatedBlocks.
