Attaching a patch to allow configuring storage medium by extending the format
of {{DFS_DATANODE_DATA_DIR_KEY}}. Not clicking "Submit patch" yet as it depends
on HDFS-4985.
HDFS-4988 will plug the storage medium information into the block reports,
making it accessible to the NameNode.
