Update the patch:
1. Add timeout for each test
2. Add unit test for updatePipeline
For ClientProtocol#saveNamespace, because we do not record this operation in
editlog, its retry cache will not work when NN failover happens (but works in a
single NN for RPC response loss over the network). Thus we do not plan to add
test for saveNamespace here.
