Our nightly QA also found a related issue. When the NN is transitioning from
standby, it grabs the namespace write lock and adds tokens to the DTSM using
another synch'ed method. So token verification gets synch'ed in the DTSM, then
deadlocks trying to get the namespace read lock.
I'll post the patch I was planning to put up for this specific method.
