Initial comments:
# The current mechanism is applicable only to the LoadGenerator. However,
providing support where DFSClient drops the response based on hdfs-site.xml
configuration will help in setting up test scenarios where one could run any
application on top of HDFS (such as MapReduce, HBase, Hive etc.) to run with
retries. This can help test the retry functionality in various application
scenarios.
