Chris, I do the same thing with 3 terminals on OSX, and the test works just
fine. This should be a Windows specific thing. Does MiniCluster work with ports
in a different way when run on Windows? Sounds weird. I'll try to look in the
code to figure out. Let me know if you have ideas.
