Summary: NFS append need to support Linux client

The append does not work with Linux client. The Client gets "Input/output
Error" when it tries to append. And NFS server considers it as randomwrite and
complains as below.
Haven't noticed any partial overwrite for a sequential file write requests.
Treat it as a real random write, no support.
