Description:
Currently TransferFSImage only supports HTTP.
HDFS-5306 allows HDFS opens up HTTPS port only, and TransferFsImage will fail
in this case as it won't be able to get the right address.
This JIRA tracks the effort to support both HTTP and HTTPS in TransferFsImage.
