I think we should throw exception instead of setting startAfter to empty when
the inode is not found.
For the new patch, it may be better rename StartAfterNotFoundException to
DirectoryListingStartAfterNotFoundException, or simply use the existing
PathNotFoundException. Patch looks good other than that.
