Just tested the patch with [~wheat9] together in 1) insecure cluster, 2)
secured cluster without spnego disabled for webui, 3) secured cluster with
spnego-enabled webui. The new webui looks great overall. Some issues need to be
fixed:
# In secured cluster the webui still shows "security is off"
# Tailing files does not work for Firefox and Safari
# Downloading file may have a random file name
# When webhdfs is not enabled we need to have better error msg
