* Findbugs I added some excludes and fixed some equals warnings
* Javadoc I couldn't fix TableListing, so I just removed some of the javadocs.
Not a big deal I think.
* RAT is spurious because of our CHANGES.txt
* I want to hold off on fixing the edits test until post merge, since that one
has been hard to get right on the branch. Pretty sure it's fine though since
our Jenkins unit test runs here have been good.
