NFS gateway has been released with 2.2.0.
This JIRA was continually used for additional bugfixes and code refactoring.
There are still a few minor features to be added in the future.
I am wondering if we should close this JIRA and open new ones for these new
features, such as sub-directory mount support, kerbores authentication.
