patch that adds suport for HTTPS to HttpFS.
It adds a testcase that tests all webhdfs operations over HTTPS using the
SWEBDHFS fileystem implementation.
It adds a testcase the verifies the right kind of delegation token is used for
SWEBDHFS.
I've tested in a speudo cluster an HTTPS setup following the instructions added
to the docs.
