Thanks for the review, Haohui.
Just to clarify, this patch is dependent on HDFS-5758. I expect to post the
full patch for HDFS-5758 no later than tomorrow, so Haohui and I are targeting
tomorrow to commit both HDFS-5758 and HDFS-5612.
