Good idea running the full suite of ACL API tests through WebHDFS too. I think
we can refactor this so that the tests are defined just once in a shared base
class, but we can take care of that later in a separate patch.
+1 for the patch. Sachin and Renil, thank you very much for contributing this
work! I've committed it to the HDFS-4685 feature branch.
