Attachment: HDFS-6302.patch
Define XAttrFeature based on INode Feature. Test cases will be in other JIRAs
after HDFS-6258 and HDFS-6301 in. Modification of FSImageFormatPBSnapshot is to
remove dependence, and persisting XAttrs in fsimage and edit log is handled by
HDFS-6301.
