There are lots of test cases, create a seperate patch to include part of them.
The patch contains update for comments of Chris and Uma in HDFS-6258 about test
cases:
1. Tests NameNode interaction for all XAttr APIs, covers restarting NN, saving
new checkpoint.
2. Tests XAttr for Snapshot, symlinks.
3. Tests XAttr for HA failover.
4. More javadoc for tests.
5. Tests for setxattr API with no flags.
