First as a matter of cluster policy for the admins, they may wish to impose
such limits. Second, to help control the potential size of recursive tools
used against snapshotted directories against an (effectively) unbounded tree.
bq. Note that we already has namespace quota which will as well limit the
namespace usage used by snapshots.
Noted, but this is a different quota.
