HDFS-6389.001.patch
The .001 patch attaches the implementation for the rename restrictions on
encryption zones. Most of it is just creating a reasonable exception message.
HDFS-6389.tests.patch are the diffs to testCryptoConf.xml and these assume that
HDFS-6389.003.patch has been applied.
