Currently, NFS updates the user/group id cache every 15 minutes by default.
However, it's preferred to have an option to refresh the list without
restarting NFS gateway. This is especially useful in the environment where user
accounts change frequently.
Otherwise, the user can't access the HDFS mount immediately after they are
creating in LDAP or etc.
