http://hadoop.apache.org/docs/r1.0.4/file_system_shell.html#setrep states that
one must use the command as follows:
- {{Usage: hdfs dfs -setrep [-R] <path>}}
- {{Example: hdfs dfs -setrep -w 3 -R /user/hadoop/dir1}}
