AFAIK, Normally Fix version will be the lowest version fixed among trunk
(3.0.0) and branch-2 (2.6.0 or 2.5.0). and it will be present in upward
versions also.
Specific issues applicable and fixed only in trunk are marked as 3.0.0 for fix
versions.
