Looks good, just some doc comments:
* "four valid namespaces" should now be 5. It's also now no longer like Linux.
* Use three angle brackets for monospace text for SYSTEM, getXAttr and
getXAttrs, and /.reserved/raw.
* Could also mention why we need raw, i.e. what it'll be used for.
