Upload the diff against HDFS-6774. This should be available as a patch after
HDFS-6774 being committed.
This diff parses the new string value of {{dfs.datanode.data.dir}} in
configuration file, and then adds and removes volumes accordingly. Also it
changes DataNode to be reconfigurable and starts a Servlet for configuration
change requests.
