Heads up on further actions.
The idea is to create a branch and continue implementation on it.
I submitted a refactoring patch in HDFS-6940. Once it is committed we can cut
the branch.
I think the best way if the branch reflects both CoordinationEngine
(HADOOP-10641) and ConsensusNode changes together, if there are no objections.
