Thanks again for the review, Nicholas! The change in StorageType is to allow
SSD is selected before DISK when choosing a storage from the writer's local
node. But since the storage preference is not completely supported yet and
archival storage can be handled without the change, we can defer the change in
the future.
Upload a new patch which reverts that part of change. I will commit it shortly.
